"I definitely have to leave a five star review for State Farm. I had super high insurance with Progressive because I had an automobile accident in February 2023 in New Jersey during a snowstorm. Judy Rodriguez noted her calendar to give me a call when my insurance was up for renewal and she saved me a ton of money! Definitely recommend State Farm!"

"Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally report a very poor and concerning customer service experience that occurred over the phone with Judy one of your employees. My girlfriend Gretchen Osorio, who does not speak English fluently, contacted your business seeking assistance. The employee who answered the call appeared unwilling to help and was dismissive from the beginning. When I attempted to follow up on her behalf, I was repeatedly given the runaround and my calls went unanswered to the point that I had to call from a different phone number to reach anyone. Once the employee answered, her behavior was extremely unprofessional and unethical. She was dismissive, refused to properly address the issue, and made us feel discriminated against due to my girlfriend’s language barrier. The situation escalated further when she abruptly hung up on me and subsequently blocked my phone number, preventing any resolution. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. No customer should feel dismissed or discriminated against because of a language difference, nor should they be ignored or blocked when attempting to resolve a legitimate issue. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely,"

"My experience with Judy Rodriguez at this State Farm agency was profoundly disappointing and unprofessional. During our conversation, Judy repeatedly raised her voice, interrupted me, and refused to allow me to fully express my concerns. She made me feel unvalued and dismissed as a customer, and any attempt to speak was met with immediate aggression, yelling, and ultimately being hung up on. Rather than de-escalating a billing dispute, she escalated it, ignoring and dismissing the physical documentation I presented, including my declarations page and Florida insurance ID card. When her manager, Mike, was not present, her behavior became even more pronounced, creating an environment where it felt as though I was working for State Farm, and she was the customer. I truly wish I had recorded the call, as her aggressive tone and lack of professionalism were remarkable for a customer-facing role. A customer should feel heard, seen, valued, and listened to, and should be able to express their concerns without fear of aggression or dismissal. Unfortunately, my interaction with Judy fell far short of these basic expectations. What compounded my concern was that after disputing the billing, I received revised policy documents showing an earlier effective date I never agreed to, which undermined trust and professionalism. By contrast, Denise, a corporate manager, exemplified exactly how customer service should be conducted: calm, empathetic, attentive, and respectful. She acknowledged the issue and ensured it would be escalated appropriately. Regrettably, my experience with Judy Rodriguez and this agency will be short-lived, and I cannot recommend this office. Management should urgently address standards of professionalism, call-handling, and customer respect."

"Update i have ring footage brittney just called me to argue and advised she was one i spoke with in beginning of week. Was very hostile then asked the other person what information did she change after a male was on phone asking about a quote and i advised i didnt want anything to do with this office ring camrea footage as proof calling custom service back to allow them to hear this now. She sure didnt make sure when she had my file open talking to the male that called on false pretents that she hung up. Ring footage is a amazing product to have everywhere Update your office was first place i called after specking with customer care. Customer care transferred my call when i spoke to your office they hung up. Called back to customer care they gave me a ticket number because this is against the law ticket number cx1283603 with state farm. Would you like police report number??? Brittney delay changed my information when I called to speck to why I was treated with disrespect and told call customer service which connected me to them. Now there is a whole police report because they allowed someone to commit insurance fraud and the agent Brittney changing folks information so they could obtain a fraudulent coi. Next day someone tried to add a truck to a freight company in my name would like Brittney to explain why this was done by her in this office I have state farm ticket number and police report as proof to what I say."
